Richard Greco
Chairman
Read biography
Richard is the Chairman and CEO of Treasure Investments Limited,
a company that invests in broadband enabled services and technology
companies. Richard was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Bulldog
Communications Limited, a UK based provider of broadband services
which he sold to Cable and Wireless in May 2004.
Prior to Bulldog, Richard was CEO and Director of NASDAQ listed,
UK-based, ICO Global Communications a global mobile satellite
services provider. Prior to ICO, Richard served as President of
NASDAQ listed Orion (Loral-Cyberstar), the world's leading provider
of satellite-based internet connectivity services.
Of Richard's 25+ years in telecommunications, he spent 10 years at
Northern Telecom (Nortel) in senior global marketing, sales and
general management positions. Richard earned his BA in Accounting
from the Pennsylvania State University.
Neil Clark

Neil is a Chief Executive Officer whose experience in senior financial roles is complemented by broad operational experience as CEO of a successful start up company. Prior to joining Red-M, Neil Clark was CEO of Purple Voice Ltd, a provider of an enterprise class VoIP application for the financial market. Neil joined Purple Voice as financial controller and helped the company from a pre-revenue stage, through international expansion. He then led the company as CEO to an eventual sale to IPC Information Systems LLC, a Goldman Sachs backed private equity business.
Before Purple Voice, Neil held senior financial management roles within PMSI, a UK based pharmaceutical market research business and the BBC.
Neil qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and Touche, is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal.
Stephen Geddes

Stephen joined Pi in 2002. Previously he was with Eden Capital,
where he assisted in building up and managing its private equity portfolio.
Prior to this, he provided strategy at BBC Online, market research
and analysis at Kagan and worked in corporate finance at Hambros Bank.
Stephen is a graduate in history from the University of East Anglia
and has an M.Phil. in Environmental Studies from Cambridge University.
Gordon Ashworth

Gordon Ashworth is Chief Financial Officer of The Parkmead Group.
Gordon was previously Finance Director and Chief Executive Officer of Asite plc, a listed technology company focused on the construction sector. Prior to this, Gordon gained experience as Finance Director in the IT contracting, hospitality, consulting, and banking sectors. Gordon qualified as an accountant in 1989.
Gordon is currently a director of Asite plc and Trading Faces Arts Limited. He has previously held directorships at K2 Hyman Capital Solutions Limited, K2 Partnering Solutions Ltd, LOC 10 Limited and Encoreforum Limited.
David Alexander

David joined the Red-M board in 2008 as Non-Executive Director. He is currently a director of NetworkFlow, the high-end connectivity specialist providing high-speed internet access and multi-site managed networks to the medium to large enterprise market and is a partner in Ironbridge Capital Partners LLP, a TMT corporate finance boutique.
He was previously part of the founding management team of the venture capital firm, Pi Capital, where he led transactions ranging in size from £5m-£120m in enterprise value, including Sporting Index, Cozart plc and Irisys.
David graduated from Cambridge University and has an MBA from Imperial College Business School.
Paul Craig

Paul joined the Red-M board in 2008 as Non-Executive Director. Paul is currently an Independent Telecommunications Consultant. Prior to his current role he was CTO for 3 UK with responsibility for building the world’s first working 3G UMTS network.
Before moving to 3 UK, Paul was Technical Director for Esat Digifone (now O2) in Ireland and before that he was Orange UK’s first employee and worked for BT Cellnet when the first UK mobile licence was awarded.
Paul is a member of the Accenture Communications & High Tech Division Global Advisory Board and is also a Director for Aran Technologies in Dublin.
Paul has an MBA and is a Chartered Engineer.
